Connection of the Battery:
Only the batteries or battery groups with the same actual capacity can be connected in series and Only the batteries or battery groups with the same actual voltage can be connected in parallel. The connection parts should be tight when connecting lines to avoid sparks. In case of poor contact, clean the interface with carbon ated water. Positive and negative pole shouldn’t be
inversed or shorted in connection.l
Storage:
The battery should be stored in a ventilated dry and clean place with low temperature. Stored with full charge and recharge it among 3-6 months.
Charging of the Battery:
Floating charge (limited voltage and current): Charge voltage: 2.26-2.30V/cell; the maximum current should not be more than 25% of the standard capacity. Cycling using (Stop charging when it is full and recharge it after full discharge): charge voltage: 2.25- 2 45V/cell; the maximum current should not be more than 25% of the standard capacity. Note: The battery should never be charged in closed or high temperature environment. Keep away from fire. Advert: Charging voltage should be regulated by 3mV/ cell. °C when ambient temperature is lower than 20°C or higher than 30°C.
Warnings
ZAHE series batteries have acid in the case and are fully charged before leaving factory. Do not attempt to dismantle the battery, if contact of kin/eye made with the electrolyte, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if necessary.
Do not use a new battery with an old one.
Do not use the battery in sealed container.
Each battery should have detailed record including the ex-factory date, installing date and using record.
Check the connection of wire in a fixed interval (once a year). If there is any looseness, should tighten the wire.
Wipe the surface of the battery with soft cloth in a fixed interval (once three months and always keep the battery clean.
Avoid using any kind of organic solvents for cleaning the surface of the battery.
